Delivery time:
The courier delivers from Tuesday to Friday and in some cases on Saturday.
The delivery time will depend on the type of delivery chosen.

For better service, we recommend:
• report any communications in the field notes for the courier: the presence of names on the interphone different from that used for the order, the authorization to retire in case of the concierge presence, preferential time bands for delivery as a morning/afternoon/lunch time and so on.
• provide a phone number to which the courier can reach you in case of difficulty in the delivery
• before you accept the package make sure that there are no obvious tampering or damage to the parcel.
• usually we close the packages/envelopes with adhesive for packaging that, in the event of opening, leaves visible signs.
• it is your right to notify to the postman / courier that the package is damaged.
• it is your right to refuse the package by writing to the postman / courier that the shipment is arrived damaged because of post service.
• once accepted the package without notifying nothing to the postman / courier, the Minizracing shop can do nothing to recover the insurance money for the damag. Do not say anything to the postman / courier means that the shipment is arrived in good condition.
