Online Purchase
Here are the details for online purchase.
The first thing to do is sign up to the shop via this form.
During registration a user will be asked to provide all data required for billing and shipping the order: name, date of birth, e-mail address, billing address, telephone number (useful in case of difficulty in delivery by courier), tax code and / or VAT, once registered you can enter several addresses in the case of shipments was different from the billing.

The goods are shipped by courier. Withdrawal
In order to receive written confirmation of the displayed information in accordance with article 4, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree 185/99, the customer is required to print or save this page on computer.

The notice of withdrawal shall be sent by registered mail to the address indicated on the invoice or packing list. The consumer must return to Minizracing company the products within 10 working days from receipt thereof items together with the invoice / packing list. The shipping costs will be borne by the consumer. Within the time allowed by law from the date of shipment of returned products, the Minizracing company will reimburse the consumer the sums already paid.
The withdrawal is a right that our customers are always approved, and we reserve the right to challenge it only if all the original packaging has been opened or have been damaged or removed all seals that ensure the integrity of the products (always except that in use). Minizracing also reserves the right to check that the returned items are undamaged and not tampered with. In the event that the items are defective due to tampering by the customer, or if the items are used, the right of withdrawal is no longer benefit in this case it will be applied the rules of the warranty.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you should provide the following information:
- Number of the invoice or accompanying document
- In case of partial withdrawal, item codes

After having given notice to exercise the right of withdrawal, you are kindly requested to wait for the acceptance by Minizracing and then carefully pack what you will return to protect the wrapping original product from damage.
